End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Customer”) and Certified Networks LLC (“Certified Networks,” “we,” “us”), the operator of this estimating and site-survey platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to this Agreement.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service for your company’s internal business purposes during your subscription, subject to this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You will not: (a) resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as an intended feature (e.g. sharing quotes or surveys with your clients); (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (c) use the Service to build a competing product; (d) circumvent access controls, usage limits, or paid-feature gates; or (e) upload unlawful content or content you lack rights to.

3. Accounts and companies

The Service is organized by company. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding credentials, and the actions of users you invite (including administrator, member, and surveyor roles). Access levels exist for your protection — granting them is your responsibility.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the data you enter and files you upload (projects, surveys, Site Plans, logos, customer information). You grant us the license needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to operate the Service — including generating quotes, emails, PDFs, and client-share pages at your direction. Share links you create are accessible to anyone holding the link.

5. Paid features

Certain features (for example white-label branding) are paid upgrades enabled per company under a separate order or arrangement with Certified Networks. We may add, change, or retire features; paid commitments remain honored for their term.

6. Estimates are estimates

The Service produces pricing, footage, labor, and material figures from data and rates you supply. They are estimating aids, not professional, engineering, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or presenting them to your customers.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Certified Networks LLC and protected by law. No rights are granted except as stated here. Feedback you provide may be used without obligation.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this Agreement, non-payment of paid features, or risk to the Service. Upon termination we will, on request within 30 days, provide a reasonable export of your data before deletion.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CERTIFIED NETWORKS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CERTIFIED NETWORKS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF NONE).

11. General

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. We may update this Agreement; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: matthawk60@gmail.com.
